Slaughter Fees

Costs are based on hot carcass weight and includes slaughter, up to 14 days of aging for beef and 3 days for other animals, processing, packaging, and waste disposal. 

Additional aging time may be requested. $25 per carcass per day may be charged, depending on cooler rotation. Currently, we are not charging for additional aging time.

Beef - $1.25/lb

Per pound of hot carcass weight. 

Minimum charge $700/head

Pork - $1.50/lb

Per pound of hot carcass weight. 

Minimum charge $225/head

Up To $5.00/lb processed or smoked sausages

Prices are based on raw weight per pound and are in addition to the fresh processsing fee. 

Lamb & Goat - $250/hd

Per animal, any weight.

Poultry 

Chickens:

$5/hd for whole birds, $10/hd if cut into pieces/cuts

 Minimum charge $125

Turkeys:

$15/hd (under 20 pounds)

$20/hd (over 20 pounds)


Minimum charge $125

Wild Game - $1.50/lb fresh

Includes boning, cutting/trimming, vacuum packaging, and freezing.

Up To $5.00/lb processed or smoked sausages

Prices are based on raw weight per pound and are in addition to the fresh processsing fee.  This cost includes any added pork weight.
